Shipping costs are calculated by the size and weight of the product you have ordered and by your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day and shipping times are estimated at between depending on your location within the United States.
MyEcoPet uses the US Postal Service, FEDEX, and UPS to fulfill your purchases.

Returns & Replacements
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Please note that we only provide returns or replacements on faulty goods, or if there was an error with the items delivered.
If the product you have received from us is faulty, we will be happy to exchange it and your new items will be shipped at no cost to you.
Defective Merchandise and Shipping Errors
If the bags you return are deemed as defective or if we made an error and shipped you a product that you did not order, the returns shipping charge will not be deducted from your refund.
At MyEcoPet we aim to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Should an ordered item not be available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 5 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
